"一當我們聽到客人有嬰兒，我們便非常重視乘車的安全性，儘管兒童安全座椅在市面上是非常難租賃的到，但拓璞秉持服務至上的態度，願意花人力和時間幫客戶租到兒童安全座椅， 因而獲得客戶極大的肯定。 

Once we know that the guest has a baby on board, we place a great importance on the baby’s safety during the car ride. As it is very difficult to rent a baby safety seat, we upheld our customer-oriented attitude by investing time and man power to scout for the baby safety seat. Through such enthusiasm, we have gained very high customer acknowledgment. " 

旅客成員其中有2位分別是1歲 和 3歲 的 小baby，我們重視小孩乘車安全性所以要求提供兒童安全座椅，雖然兒童安全座椅在市面上是非常難租賃的到的，而雖然客戶只有租車一日加上一日送機的需求，但是拓璞依然本著滿足客戶的需求，服務至上的態度，願意花人力和時間幫客戶租到兒童安全座椅，為客戶達到的便利和需求，因而獲得客戶極大的肯定。  拓璞除了可以提供兒童安全座椅的服務，若有行動不便者有輪椅上的需要拓璞也都可以為客戶準備無慮。 

Amongst the members of the passengers two of them consist of a one year old and three year old baby, thus we place great importance on the safety and security of the baby during transport. To ensure the baby’s wellbeing during the car ride, we volunteered to provide baby safety chairs. As it is very difficult to rent a baby safety seat, we upheld our customer - oriented attitude, and we are more than willing to invest time and man power to scout for the baby safety seats. Although the guest is only renting the car for one day and has requested for the airport shuttle service, we never the less placed effort to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction. The team’s eagerness for service was recognized and affirmed by the guests.    Moreover, we are also ready to provided wheelchairs for people with walking inconveniences.  

“日本大地震時，台灣學生到日本關懷訪問結識日本教授並邀請他們來台做學術研究和旅遊。 在這充滿愛與回饋的旅遊行程中，拓璞也扮演了中日國民外交的重要角色。 

After the tremendous earthquake in Japan, the Taiwanese students embarked on a caring visit to Japan and made acquaintance with the Japanese professors. They cordially invited them to Taiwan to conduct academic research and for vacation. The tour was very heart warming, and Topology team has played an important role in enhancing this exchange affairs between Taiwan and Japan.” 

這是一個國際交流，充滿愛與回饋的旅遊行程。 這個旅遊團的起源於:日本大地震時，台灣學生到日本關懷訪問，而結識日本教授並熱情的邀請他們來台做學術研究和旅遊。 日本教授就指名想要體驗特色溫泉以及台南享負盛名的小吃。 拓璞不僅帶教授們到關子嶺泡台灣唯一的泥漿溫泉，並到各個巷弄品嘗台南道地美食。日本教授們更感謝藉由這次的學術旅遊，從台南的歷史遺跡中讓他們了解日本在台的建設，如嘉南大圳，對台灣的影響。是很令人印象深刻的台灣之旅。 

This tour was an international cultural exchange one that was full of love and warmth.  This tour was conceptualized due to the tremendous earthquake in Japan, ,the Taiwanese students embarked on a caring visit to Japan and made acquaintance with the Japanese professors and cordially invite them to Taiwan to conduct academic research and for vacation.  The visiting professor specifically wants to experience featured hot springs in Taiwan and Tainan local cuisines.   We toured the professors to the only mud hot spring in Gaunziling and brought them to small alleys to experience the authentic Tainan cuisines. The professors were deeply moved by the historical remains of Tainan. The remains allowed them to further understand the influence of Japanese culture in Taiwan, such as the Chia Nan Irrigation. This academic trip has made an impact on the visiting professor and was very thankful to have visited and to be guided Taiwan.

The Sun Family came from the Mainland China for a family - oriented tour. One of the family members was a successful entrepreneur another had rich tourism practical experience. Through enthusiastic interaction and exchange of stories, the family expressed a high interest in the creation and entrepreneurship of Topology, thus we made a special arrangement to visit our office - National Taiwan University Innovation Incubation Center. The family also gave sincere operational advice to us. We did enjoy the mutual benefit got from each other after sharing our own stories.” 

孫伯母是木製品的愛好者，很想要瞭解台灣樟木雕刻品，雖非計畫內行程，但拓璞機動性的調整行程前往三義木雕博物館參觀，讓成員們對木雕產業有基本認識。

Auntie Sun is fond of wood products, and is interested to understand and learn Taiwan’s camphor wood carvings. Although it was not originally part of the travel itinerary, but we were able to flexibly arrange a trip to Sanyi Wood Carving Museum. This additional trip allowed the guests to gain essential information on the wood carving industry in Taiwan.

台灣水果貿易商邀請香港經銷商到台灣旅遊，往阿里山的路上，提到許多台灣的水果產地，並在沿路的水果攤，品嚐台灣在地的水果，邊吃邊玩，讓雙方的話題由公事轉為彼此生活的分享。 

更在離別時，因為這幾天的相處，因為不捨而流淚，更約定未來還要共同出遊。 

2家廠商透過拓璞精心安排的3天2夜台灣之旅，在互動中，不只有生意上的關係，更藉由旅遊的共同經驗，而有更融洽的合作關係。 

Taiwan fruit trading association has invited dealers from Hong Kong to visit Taiwan.
On the road to Ali Mountain, the guests talk about the production origins of Taiwanese fruits, along the way we bought fruits to taste. Through the exchange of stories, both parties were able to integrate business talk with one another’s lives.  

The tour has enhanced the two party’s relationship. In the farewell party, there was tears and sadness; even so they made a promise to meet again!  

Through the considerate arrangment of this three days and two night Taiwan trip, the two parties were able to gain a common ground not only for business but also a shared travel experience, which would foster future business communication for a more harmonious and cooperative relationship. 

“每個人都有不同的飲食習慣，應該依著客戶的特性、需要、喜好與旅遊結合，並根據客戶實際狀況選擇適合他們的飲食和調整行程。 

Each unique individual have different eating habits, we make arrangements to suit the specific food preference of the guests and integrate such needs to their travel. We have also made the necessary adjustments according to the guest’s desires.”  

這是由UCLA委託拓璞接待一對來自美國的榮譽教授夫婦，雖然同樣是烏來一日遊的行程，但是拓璞本著客戶的特性需要喜好與旅遊結合，帶教授們欣賞認識烏來的動植物，原本計畫帶教授們品嘗烏來在地的獵人餐，野菜，但在旅遊閒談之中了解教授是血糖較高，不宜3高食物， 教授夫人因換人工髖關節，不宜久行，於是我們貼心的馬上做選擇適合他們的飲食和調整行程，接下來的行程，都是可以在車上就能看到美景，並品嚐原住民所製作的野菜山蔬，十分的健康養身。 

This project is commissioned to Topology by UCLA to welcome a couple of honorary professor. Although it’s a one day Wulai trip, Topology still insisted in providing the best service to meet the needs and expectations of the guests by arranging the trip according to the guest’s preference. In the trip Topology took the professors to appreciate Wulai’s flora and fauna. The team originally arranged a local Hunter’s Cuisine for the couple but throughout the day we learned that the professor had the tendency of having high blood pressure, thus food high in cholesterol, high sugar and sodium should be minimized. Mrs. Professor, on the other hand, has a medical condition in her knee thus she is not suitable to walk for too long.

Given these concerns, we immediately made adjustments on their travel plan. For their diet, we have replaced the original meal with a healthier mix of aboriginal style vegetables. We have also arranged the trip where the couple can enjoy the scenery while relaxing in the car.  

“不同客人有不同的興趣，客人喜歡攝影，我們就幫他們找專業的攝影師，給他們絕佳的拍攝點，等待最適當的色溫。

Each individual has his own set of interests, when our guests like photography we do our best to get them a professional photographer to capture their best moments in the best location.” 

一位來自美國OHIO州立大學的教授Gary，這次他第2次造訪台灣，第1次來訪時深深被台灣美景所吸引，所以這次趁著學術交流之際，提早5天到台灣進行深度攝影之旅，想把台灣的美景藉由相機帶回美國，永保美好回憶，旅行途中拓璞用心觀察並貼心地照顧客人，符合客人的需求如下：

1.拓璞發現Gary教授好像不適應台灣食物，所以不計成本及時間代價，特地都到西式餐廳用餐以符合Gary需求。

2.Gary在餐廳用餐看不懂台灣節目，拓璞細心要求餐廳轉至CNN及HBO等英文節目，讓Gary能夠在熟悉的環境下放鬆。

3.Gary非常喜歡喝Coke，不管行程走至深山或是海邊，拓璞總是盡力準備冰涼可樂，讓Gary消暑。

4.Gary教授對台灣多樣化動植物深深著迷，尤其是昆蟲蝴蝶，所以拓璞都會在行程中特別注意，讓Gary相機裡不錯失掉任何有趣的動植物

5.旅途中常常下大雨，但拓璞不想掃客人興，只要客人想拍照，拓璞工作人員在旁幫忙撐傘，為的是讓客人放心拍照不會被淋濕。

6.客人想早起拍日出美景，拓璞不但要比公雞還要早起，還會找到最適合的景點，讓客人能有機會保留台灣最好的一面。 

Professor Gary, a United States professor from Ohio State University conducted his second visit to Taiwan. During his first visit he was deeply attracted by the beautiful and charming scenery of Taiwan. Therefore taking advantage of his five days academic exchange in Taiwan, this time he wished to share the Taiwan’s beauty to his friends and colleagues and immortalize memories through his camera. In line with the guests interests and needs, we have made the following arrangements: 

1.Topology observed that Taiwanese food doesn’t seem to match to Professors Gary’s taste. To better serve our clients, regardless of additional costs we have arranged western meals to suit the professor’s preference.

2. While dinning in restaurants that offer television sets, we requested to switched the Taiwanese channels to HBO or CNN for the professor to relax and dine in a familiar atmosphere.

3.Professor Gary likes to drink coke. Whenever during the hiking or going to the beach, we tried our best to prepare cool bottles of coke to quench Professor Gary’s thirst. 

4.Professor Gary is fascinated by the diverse flora and fauna found in Taiwan, and is also especially fond of insects, thus we also paid extra attention in finding unique plants and insects for the professor to capture.

5.It was frequently raining during the trip, but as long as the guests wants to see or photograph something, we would always assist in holding the umbrella to both satisfy their curiosity and provide a full service for the guests

6.Since Professor would like to see the sunrise, we woke up much earlier and sought for the best spot for professor to capture the perfect memory with the best sunrise scenery.
